Kathleen developed training course materials on the enforcement of hazardous waste laws for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from 1992 - 2001. She has also evaluated the effectiveness of over a dozen EPA training courses. She is now working for the Northern Virginia AIDS Ministry. She established a relationship with CDI Trainers through her participation in the CDI in the Diocese of Washington, DC.  She  serves as an EFM Mentor, and has completed Mentor training at the Sewanee School of Theology in Tennessee. Kathleen has served on an internal parish development team in her parish, St. James, Capital Hill.
