Tuition for 07-08:
$1,900.00 for both summers Fees to be paid in installments 1. $750
deposit with registration 2. $800 at your first session and 3. $350 by
March 1 before your second summer.
NOTE: Assumption of the program is that every one is registering for the
whole program, i.e., both summers.
Deposit
refunds cancellation is within 8 weeks of the event - no refund;
if 10 weeks or more - $200 refund; if 12 weeks or more - $400. SPECIAL
OFFER: Register by December 15 and take $200 off your fee (March 1
payment before your second summer would be
$150)

Being at Saint Paul's
Meals:
Participants eat all meals in area restaurants, at their own
expense.
Schedule: Beginning on Monday at 8:30 a.m. with coffee and
ending on the second Friday at 11:00 a.m. Please arrange your travel to allow you to
arrive and leave on time.

| Bob has been an organization
development consultant and trainer since 1970, providing
services to non-profit organizations and small businesses.
He has also served as the vicar of several urban parishes and as
the Congregational Development Officer in the Diocese of
Connecticut. He is a member of the
Order of the
Ascension. Bob is the founder of the Church Development
Institute program and the director of the Seattle CDI. He has conducted CDI's in several dioceses. Bob is also a
trainer with
LTI (Leadership Development Institute)

Melissa Skelton |

Melissa Skelton is the
rector of St. Paul's Church,
Seattle, WA. She has also served as the vice -president of the
General Theological Seminary, Rector of Trinity Church, Castine, Maine, and
the Vice-President at Tom's of Maine (with responsibility for Organization and System Development as well as a
leader of consumer and new product development.) Melissa's background
includes work as a brand manager with Proctor & Gamble, lay and clergy
leadership positions in several congregations, consultation with Hebrew
Union College on its strategic planning process, teaching at the Charles
Smith Jewish Day School, and serving on the board of the Center for Jewish -
Christian Relations in NYC. |

Susan Adam |
| Susan is a professional artist
having been trained in fine arts at Colorado College, San
Francisco Art Institute and the Massachusetts College of Art.
Susan is part of the congregational development consultant
network in the Diocese of Maine. She is currently focusing her
time on expanding her skills and knowledge for congregational
development and organization development. Susan is a trainer in LTI
(Leadership Training Institute) and CDI. Susan, and her husband
Josh, operate the
