Academic Programs
| CDI Trainers encourages participants in its programs to consider an advanced degree in organization development. These programs offer a way of receiving solid training in the discipline, as well as a broader professional range and career options than provided in most church based programs. If we are to best serve the church we need to make use of the best available training. A couple of the programs offer distance learning opportunities and may offer credit for upcoming CDI work (you would need to negotiate that as part of your learning contract in advance of attending CDI). The off campus/distance learning programs tend to be very demanding and require a high degree of self-initiative and management. |
