Barbara has spent most of her professional life working in the area of leadership training and development. She spent sixteen years in health care administration prior to coming to the Diocese of Western New York, where she served for eleven years as the Clergy Deployment Officer, Diocesan Administrator, and Bishop's Canon helping with congregational development. She is currently Assistant Professor of Pastoral Theology at Bexley Hall Seminary and Vicar of two congregations: St. Peter's in Eggertsville, NY, a middle sized church. She teaches in the local training programs for ordinands in the Dioceses of WVA and Central New York for the Bexley Institute. Barbara has served as a systems consultant and trainer in six dioceses. She is currently a member of the CDI trainer team in the dioceses of W.N.Y. and Rochester.
