A graduate of the Church Development Institute in the Diocese of Western New York, I have also completed training in Team Facilitation Skills and Consultation Skills.  I am a certified BridgeBuilder, having completed Peter Steinke's training program in family systems theory, and have helped lead that process in two congregations. Part of the training team  leading the CDI program in Western New York.  Other experience
includes chairing a diocesan Christian Education commission and helping
individuals and congregations plan and implement effective education programs
for all ages.
