Johanna is the Associate Rector at St. Thomas’ Church in Rochester, NY. She is part of the training team for CDI-Rochester. Johanna brings broad experinec in conducting Vestry Retreats, Mutual Ministry Reviews, Parish Planning and Diocesan Consultations. She has a masters degree in Organization Development (1985 MSOD – American University/NTL) with training in human interaction, consultation skills, conflict & power, methods of problem solving (Data Collection/Statistics), training design and facilitation, group process facilitation, organizational theory, intervention skills, team building, Appreciative Inquiry, Healthy Congregations and Bridge Builders, and Leadership in the Age of Quick Fix with Ed Friedman.
