Laurie has just completed her five-year term as a warden at St. John’s in Williamstown, Massachusetts. During that time, she led a team of parishioners through a youth ministry planning process, and designed and facilitated a process of reflection and problem solving with the choir. In addition, she co-facilitated a parish wide process of planned change. She has done similar work with other organizations, including the United Way Hampshire County, where she co-facilitated a Year 2000 goal setting retreat. She is currently a member of the Congregational Development Resource team for the Dioceses of Western Massachusetts, and a part of the Western Mass. CDI training team. Laurie is certified in administering and interpreting the Meyers Briggs Temperament Indicator. In her other incarnation Laurie works as an art historian at the Clark Art Institute in Williamstown.
