Liz has more than 25 years of experience in the field of process
improvement. At the moment she is a Change Management Consultant for The
Hartford. This work involves facilitating cross-functional teams from all
levels of the organization in process improvement initiatives using a blend
of Six Sigma and Lean methodology, fostering the development of effective
teams, and coaching teams in project management and communication.

She has just finished her 3rd term as Senior Warden of St Mark's church in
East Longmeadow, Massachusetts and is now teaching Godly Play - which is a
nice change from running vestry meetings.

She has been involved with CDI programs since 1997 and with LTI since 1999.

She does some organizational development consulting within the Diocese of
Western Massachusetts.
