Some notes related to CDI-Seattle, Milwaukee CDI, and Colorado CDI

Organization Development & Change, Thomas Cummings and Christopher Worley, South-Western College Publishing, Cincinnati, 1997 (or most recent edition). As part of your 200 pages read chapters on "Diagnosing Organizations", "Collecting and Analyzing Diagnostic Information", and "Feeding Back Diagnostic Information". These are chapters 5, 7, and 8 in the 6th edition

An alternative Organization Development text -- Another set of readings may substitute for the Cummings & Worley text. Stay with the text if you can find a copy -- it is generally considered the best available in the field. Worth having for the program and the future.

However if you have a difficult time securing a copy or the price you can get it for is too much --

The alternative is two books; you will need to have both of them. "Organization Development", French and Bell, 6th edition and "Organization Development" 2nd ed., by W. Warner Burke.
