CDI Trainers is a network of trainer/consultants committed
to developing the capacity of dioceses for congregational
development. We are available to serve dioceses of the Episcopal Church and the
Anglican Church of Canada.

1. Consultations
with Dioceses
A CDI trainer/consultant provides consultative help related to how the
diocese might become more effective at facilitating congregational development. For
example: trust development between congregations and the diocese, developing a
diocesan congregational development system, establishing a consultant
network,
intervening in conflicted situations, etc.

5. Diocesan Leadership Forums in Congregational
Development
Forums designed by a trainer/consultant and a diocesan team. The diocese
invites leaders from the diocese (and possibly other dioceses) to come together to
explore a topic. For example: How to begin and maintain a diocesan consultant
network; tensions between long term members and new members, trust development between congregations and the diocese.
