Organization Development & Training Professional Associations CDI Trainers encourages participants in its programs to join organization development professional associations as a way to enhance our work in the church. These are the largest professional groups in the field.

of the Ascension
The Order of the Ascension is a community within the Episcopal Church with a Benedictine spirituality and an apostolate to congregational development. OA played a significant role in making CDI a national program when from 1985 - 1995 it co-sponsored the New York City CDI with General Seminary. Members of the Order must complete a CDI or comparable training.
