Workshops

CDI Trainers lists a variety of workshops in addition to the Church Development Institute (CDI). Some are directly sponsored by CDI Trainers, some from other organizations. Workshops may offer a congregation or diocese a means for addressing particular needs in congregational development.

Workshops from Leadership Training Institute

Most workshops begin after breakfast on Monday and continue until 11:30 a.m. on Friday (unless otherwise announced).  The interactive character of the training experience makes it essential that participants arrive Sunday evening, and participate in all scheduled sessions throughout the week; no late arrivals or early departures. The Conflict Management workshop runs from Sunday evening through Saturday morning.
